Deposit: $60 required at time of signing which is refundable at the end of the tenancy. If cleaning or repairs are required upon vacating this will be deducted from the deposit
Termination: Seven (7) days written notice is required prior to vacating the unit. Unit must be swept and left clean and undamaged.
Insurance: All personal property is stored at your own risk. We recommend insuring your goods.
Payment: All rent must be paid and remain two weeks in advance. Documents
